      All Ros.Tang items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

      Processing Time

      Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 7-9 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

      We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 to the entire US. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.

      Our main office is in Los Angeles, California, while design and manufacturing are headquartered in Hong Kong.
      Do you have any retail locations?
      In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.

      Are the stone real diamonds?
      Our stone type is Ros.Tang® Stone, which is an excellent alternative to natural gemstones because it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, the Ros.Tang® Stone was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment.       Will this jewelry turn my skin green?
      No, Ros.Tang jewelry won't turn your skin green. The jewelry that turns your skin green is made of copper. Ros.Tang  jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and has a 3-layer plating technology, namely platinum plating, rhodium plating and K gold plating, to ensure that your jewelry shines as new for at least 10 years. The quality has been verified by the international agency SGS.
      For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.
      Ros.Tang Jewelry adopts a three-layer plating technology, namely rhodium plating layer, platinum plating layer and K gold layer, to ensure that it shines as new for at least ten years.

      We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. The plating will not fade off if you take care of your jewelry.
      In the rare event that something is wrong with your jewelry, please immediately contact our customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and within the time limit of your warranty, we will make an exchange with you to replace your jewelry.

Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
